Module 3: Listening and Monitoring

With the astonishing growth of online social media networks, knowing what terms, people and social media channels to monitor is core to your strategy. Understanding will help you and your organization realize and achieve your online social media engagement objectives. At the end of this module, students will understand why monitoring social media engagement is crucial to that success. Students will leave with a good foundational understanding of what to monitor online, such as: Organizational levels, services, industries, target audiences, for example. Students will also learn basic tools and techniques to monitor social media.
