Module 7: Measuring Performance

You have implemented your social media engagement strategy, you created the proper messaging, and you have taken into account the associated risks with your online engagement. What’s next? Students in this module will learn how to identify criteria to measure and analyze the performance using online analytical tools. Of course, at times strategies do not work out they way we want them to. Students will have to chance to look at low performing strategies and learn how to address common problems.
