In order to move forward with your social media engagement plan, buy-in from various levels and stakeholders is needed. Getting active support from all critical parties, whether it be senior management, a board of directors, employees, partners, etc. very likely translates into sustainable social media engagement and a true organizational adoption of social media. In this module students will learn how to gain buy-in internally for their social media engagement plan, even from the highest levels. Many of the knowledge and skills acquired from the seven previous modules will be leveraged to build the case for social media at each student’s organization. The facilitator will provide students concrete and proven techniques that will be useful in convincing superiors to support moving their social media engagement plans from paper into action.
