78:382 International Law [McCulloch]

Prerequisite: 78:172 or permission of Instructor.

This course is an examination of the origins, sources and principles of international law. Special attention will be devoted to the relationship between international law and international politics and to the study of international legal bodies, such as the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court.
