99:175 Fundamentals of Inquiry [Grills]

Prerequisites: Nil.

This learning skills and critical thinking course is designed to introduce students to the expectations of university studies. It is an elective for students in all programs, but is open only to students with fewer than 33 successful credit hours. Participation in a weekly tutorial session on Wednesdays is required. Through the course, you will develop the academic skills necessary for university success, including how to take lecture notes, write a research paper and study for exams.

3 lecture hours per week, plus 1 small group tutorial hour per week, one term
