This course teaches how to carry out a marketing survey, including designing questionnaire, collecting and coding data, analyzing, and writing a survey report. You are given "hands-on" exposure to the questionnaire design, and to data analysis through tools are widely used in empirical studies, enabling you to analyze not only marketing issues but also other areas you are interested in.
