Prerequisite: 58:FREN:155 & 58:FREN:156 both with C or better grades.

Taught in French. Survey course exploring the diversity of 20th and 21st century French and Francophone cultures and voices. Emphasis on literary and cultural movements from different continents. Dialogue building on connections and tensions, iconic moments of cultural production and of traditionally and historically unrecognized Francophone communities around the globe.
