Prerequisites: 69:153, 69:251, 69:253 and 69:263.
This clinical course provides an opportunity for the psychiatric nursing student to apply skills from prerequisite courses in a clinical setting. Students will demonstrate skills in a clinical setting. Students will demonstrate skills in documentation and care planning, interpersonal communication, comprehensive health assessment, and medication administration as well as basic nursing skills.
120 clinical practice hours per term, one term
