05:160 Ice Hockey I [Skinner]

Ice Hockey aligns itself with Hockey Canada’s Coach Level. The course will focus on meeting the needs of the athlete. More specifically, Ice Hockey I will include topics related to effective leadership and communication, roles and responsibilities of today’s coaches, skill inventory & identification, error detection & correction, fair play, organizing and facilitation of player & parent meetings, over viewing the player development pyramid as well as discussing effective on ice practice development and techniques.
